• A medical practitioner or health care provider or diagnostic lab center (whether an individual professional or an organization) or similar institution wishing to be listed, or already listed, on the Website, including designated, authorised associates of such practitioners or institutions (“Practitioner(s)”, “you” or “User”); or
• A patient, his/her representatives or affiliates, searching for Practitioners or Diagnostic Centers through the Website (“End-User”,“you” or “User”); or
• Otherwise a user of the Website (“you” or “User”).

This Agreement applies to those services made available by VM on the Website. The Services may change from time to time, at the sole discretion of VM, and the Agreement will apply to your visit to and your use of the Website to avail the Service, as well as to all information provided by you on the Website at any given point in time.

This Agreement defines the terms and conditions under which you are allowed to use the Website and describes the manner in which we shall treat your account while you are registered as a member with us. VM provides an online platform that connects Patients and Practitioners/Diagnostic Centers/Hospitals for medical consultation, procedures and diagnostic services. The Services include, but are not limited to:

• Listing Hospitals, Practitioners and Diagnostic Centers on the Website;
• Enabling Patients to search and browse Hospitals, Practitioners and Diagnostic Centers;
• Facilitating appointments with Hospitals, Practitioners and Diagnostic Centers;
• Providing a telemedicine platform for online consultations with Hospitals/Surgeons/Practitioners;
• Facilitating the booking of diagnostic tests at Diagnostic Centers;
• Providing information about health-related topics and medical conditions;
• Facilitating the delivery of health-related products and services, such as medicines and wellness packages, through third-party providers.

Please note that VM does not provide any healthcare or diagnostic services directly. VM only acts as an intermediary platform to connect Patients with Hospitals, Practitioners and Diagnostic Centers. The actual consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and diagnostic services are provided by the Practitioners and Diagnostic Centers themselves. VM does not endorse or recommend any specific Hospital, Practitioner, Diagnostic Center, or healthcare service.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a User of the Website and the Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account;
• Use the Services and interact with Hospitals, Practitioners and Diagnostic Centers in a responsible, respectful, and lawful manner;
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while using the Services;
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other Users and not disclose any personal, medical, or sensitive information of other Users without their consent;
• Cooperate with Hospitals, Practitioners and Diagnostic Centers in providing accurate and complete information necessary for diagnosis, treatment, and other healthcare-related purposes;
• Use the Services for lawful purposes and not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities;
• Provide feedback and reviews about Hospitals, Practitioners and Diagnostic Centers in a truthful and responsible manner;
• Comply with any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific Services or features provided by VM.

USER CONTENT

As a User, you may have the opportunity to submit or post content on the Website, such as reviews, ratings, feedback, comments, and other information (“User Content”). You understand that User Content may be visible to other Users and the general public.
